TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough… losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Because all of tours are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance is therefore highly recommended for this tour. Here is the insurance company we recommend:
TRAVEL NOTES
A valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica, with an expiration date at least six months beyond your return date. Please check your passport now to ensure it doesn’t expire on or before November 12, 2025.
Refunds will not be issued for expired passports.
During the reservation process, you can choose to pay in full or enroll in our flexible payment plan. If you opt for the payment plan, you’ll be automatically added to our monthly payment schedule, with reminders sent before each due date.
Final payment must be received by the specified deadline to avoid cancellation. Travel documents and detailed itineraries will be emailed 2 weeks or more before departure.
We recommend all guests arrive in Jamaica by May 8, 2025, no later than 4 PM to fully enjoy the experience.
It’s your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your email address to ensure you receive all communications.
You must purchase your flight and provide us with your flight details by March 1, 2025, to arrange your shuttle transfer from the airport to the resort.

Do I need a passport?

Are flights included in the package?
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. We can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Can I bring my children on this trip?

What is the roommate program, and how can I participate?
Our Roommate Program is designed to help solo travelers save on accommodation costs by matching them with another traveler. When booking your trip, indicate your interest in the roommate program, and we'll pair you with a suitable roommate based on your preferences. While we do our best to match you with a roommate, we cannot guarantee that a match will be found.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we use Uplift which allows you to book the trip now and pay for it over time. During the booking process, select Uplift as your payment option, and you'll be guided through the easy application process. Once approved, you can spread the cost of your trip over monthly installments. Additionally, other financial options are available on the checkout page when you complete your booking, giving you flexibility in how you pay for your vacation.
What is the cancellation and change policy for this trip?
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which do not permit refunds. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
