Quote Request
Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the Trip Inquiry Form. We offer two revisions to this quote within 5 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 5 business days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.
Non-Refundable Retainer Fee
We charge a small non-refundable retainer fee for 1 destination and up to 3 hotels/resorts to begin the travel planning process. This fee will go towards your deposit for the trip. This not only allows us to dedicate the time and resources needed for your trip but also ensures that we can offer the most personalized travel advice and planning.
